Instructor Bios
Bob Munkittrick Director of Golf
Bob has been teaching golf for 20 years and has worked with golfers of all skill levels. He specializes in short game improvement and Club fitting. Bob is one of the top Fitting Professionals in the country having spent 3 years as a Regional Fitting Instructor with Titlest (Acushnet Company) training over 400 Titleist Fitting Professionals on the East Coast.
Bob has been nominated by his fellow professionals twice as Golf Professional of the Year and served in various section leadership positions including 4 years on the Board of Directors for the Indiana Section.
His study and lifelong commitment to the learning process has led to a student-driven instruction program that is designed to help each student find his or her own best way of playing and enjoying the game.

Jim Matthias, PGA:
Former Head Professional at Garrisons Lake GC and Rock Manor GC brings 32 years of teaching and playing experience to Hartefeld National. Jim Specializes in Junior Golf and tournament Player development.
John Burke, PGA Apprentice:
After Graduating from Lynchburg College John Attended the Golf Academy of the South in Orlando, FL. John then turned Professional and played on the Mini-Tour circuit in South Florida for 3 years. John excels in teaching Junior Golf Development and is a great addition to the Staff here at Hartefeld National.
