Hartefeld National Golf Club features a private 18 holes of pure golf enjoyment, designed by renowned architect Tom Fazio. Fazio's outstanding design never fails to challenge and entertain players of all abilities.
The property features award-winning golf and dining, lessons and clinics at the Academy of Golf, elegant banquet and meeting rooms and a regional favorite for cocktails in the pub.

In 2005, Hartefeld earned the #5 spot on Golfweek Magazine’s list of Pennsylvania’s Top 10. Hartefeld made the grade after Golfweek representatives nationwide rated courses based on comprehensive criteria including routing, design, shaping, natural setting, greens and chipping contours, variety and memorabilia, as well as conditioning and landscape.
Hartefeld National was previously ranked fourth in the top 50 courses for women by Golf Digest for Women, as well as one of the Top 25 courses in North America for quality customer service and golf course maintenance by Landscape Management Magazine.
The course has earned a host of additional accolades and awards from publications and organizations including Golf Digest, GOLF Magazine, The Philadelphia Inquirer, Washington Golf Monthly, the Zagat Dining Survey, Delaware Today and the PGA.
Located in Avondale, Pa., in the scenic Brandywine Valley, Hartefeld National Golf Club is a private club offering a menu of flexible membership options.
